Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the AdvertBuzz platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AdvertBuzz platform at advertbuzz.co ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including advertisers, webmasters, and any other individuals who access the Platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify AdvertBuzz immediately at info@advertbuzz.co of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use the Platform.
4. Advertisers
4.1 Campaign Creation
Advertisers may upload banner images, set campaign parameters, and purchase ad placements on websites within the AdvertBuzz network. All campaigns are subject to review and approval.
4.2 Banner Standards
All banner advertisements must comply with the Acceptable Content policy set out in Section 7. AdvertBuzz reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates these standards.
4.3 Statistics & Reporting
Advertisers have access to campaign statistics including impressions, clicks, and CTR. Statistics may be shared with clients. AdvertBuzz uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but does not guarantee that all data is error-free.
5. Webmasters / Publishers
5.1 Website Listing
Webmasters may list their websites on the Platform to receive advertising revenue. By listing a website, you confirm that you own or have the right to monetise that website.
5.2 Ad Positions
Webmasters may configure ad positions on their websites. AdvertBuzz provides tools for banner rotation and position management but is not responsible for the webmaster's implementation.
5.3 Earnings
Webmaster earnings are calculated based on the pricing model selected by the advertiser and verified impression/click data. AdvertBuzz reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is detected.
6. Payments & Billing
6.1 Advertiser Payments
Advertisers may purchase campaign credits via PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Refunds
Unused credits may be eligible for refund at AdvertBuzz's discretion. Campaigns already served are non-refundable. Contact info@advertbuzz.co to discuss refund requests.
6.3 Webmaster Payouts
Webmaster earnings are paid out according to the payout schedule described in the Platform's help documentation. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
6.4 Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
7. Acceptable Content
Users must not upload, submit, or display any content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Promotes illegal products, services, or activities.
- Contains explicit, adult, or age-restricted material without appropriate consent mechanisms.
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence.
- Misrepresents the advertiser's identity or products.
AdvertBuzz reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and trademarks on the AdvertBuzz Platform are the property of AdvertBuzz or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.
By uploading banner content, you grant AdvertBuzz a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and serve your content as part of your campaign.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
AdvertBuzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@advertbuzz.co. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdvertBuzz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
AdvertBuzz's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to AdvertBuzz in the 90 days preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
12. Changes to Terms
AdvertBuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or through the Platform dashboard.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
